What is Custom Branding Feature and How to setup CNAME Records?

Hello everyone!

Custom Branding feature is one of our latest and most popular features!

Custom Branding feature allows you to change the logo, the URL and also the colors of AdCreative.ai with your own branding.

This make AdCreative.ai look like your own internal tool.

Here is how you can activate this feature!

  1. Go to your Settings Page and then click on Branding.

  2. Click on "Unlock Custom Branding''
    ​

  3. After unlocking,
    1) Put your subdomain, example: subdomain.yourdomain.com
    2) Upload your logo file in high-quality format (PNG format with no background is recommended.)
    3) Select one of our pre-selected color palettes.
    ​

  4. Then time to connect your subdomain to AdCreative.ai through CNAME and TXT records.
    ​

Simply go to your provider where you bought your domain and add the CNAME + 2 TXT records.

Come and click on the "CHECK STATUS" button 30 minutes to 1 hour later you have connected everything (it can take up to 24h), when you see "COMPLETED" in the button, simply go to your subdomain and it should work.
